Do I have to create an account in order to purchase from your website?

Nope :-)
You can create an account if you wish to, but it's not strictly necessary.

I've lost my password! What can I do?

You should be able to get a new password right from your login area by clicking on "Forgot your password?".

When will my order be shipped?

We try to process every order as soon as possible. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 2 business days from your purchase, mail us at customercare@wargameshub.net.

How can I pay my order?

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank deposit
• VISA
• MasterCard

Prices are in EUR.

Please note that some countries can charge duties on shipments. Duties must be paid by the customer on delivery.

Some countries are hard to reach for our couriers. If you live in one of these countries, please email us for a shipping quote before completing your purchase.

Delivery times are calculated after the shipment. You will receive a shipping notification via email within 2 business days from your order.

I am purchasing a gift. Can you remove the price tags from the items?

We'd be happy to remove any price or financial information! Just write it in the comment section at the checkout and we'll do the rest.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We're sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

I have a problem with my order

If you experience any issue with our product, please fill in the form below and we'll be happy to help! If your order is damaged or has missing parts, please don't forget to upload one or more pictures.

How can I cancel an order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us via email at customercare@wargameshub.net as soon as possible indicating name and order number. We will cancel you order and refund you within one business day (if payment is already made).

Can I return an order / a single product?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Fill the form above and make sure the item is in the same conditions as you received it and don't forget to send the receipt back. Return shipping costs are on you.
