    How can I cancel an order?

    If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us via email at as soon as possible indicating name and order number. We will cancel you order and refund you within one business day (if payment is already made).

    Can I return an order / a single product?

    If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Fill the form above and make sure the item is in the same conditions as you received it and don't forget to send the receipt back. Return shipping costs are on you.
